WYSC Methodology

Under 8

Program for season

Stage of introduction to sport, awakening in the child the interest and motivations to play soccer through their participation in recreational activities facilitating the learning process at all times

Young players from 5 to 8 years of age love to play. Therefore, all practices should be based on fun games.

Players must spend the maximum time possible in contact with the ball and experiment by themselves.

For the first time the player must build a relationship with other players. Give different responsibilities to the players in order to develop a sense of team.

Basic motor skills like walking, running or jumping must be combined with ball handling and ball control.

Here is the organization for the season based on 10-weeks. This 10-week period will be similar in structure in all three stages of the season. Each category will have different methodology of teaching. Individual and Group.
